What this policy covers

This page explains the cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used by the Nexa Systems website and related portals.

We currently design the public marketing website to avoid advertising, retargeting, and cross-site tracking pixels. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies later, we will provide clear information and ask for consent where PECR requires it before those technologies run.

2

Strictly necessary and requested storage

Some storage is needed to provide a service you ask for, keep the site secure, remember a requested display preference, or maintain a login session. These technologies are not used for advertising or retargeting.

  • __Host-authjs.csrf-token: used by Auth.js to protect sign-in and authenticated form flows from cross-site request forgery. It is an operational security cookie.
  • __Secure-authjs.callback-url: used by Auth.js to return you to the right page after login. It is an operational navigation cookie.
  • nexa-site-theme: stores your requested light or dark theme preference where the theme toggle is available.

Analytics, advertising, and pixels

We do not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar advertising/retargeting technologies on the public Nexa Systems marketing site.

If that changes, we will update this policy and gate non-essential technologies behind a consent choice where required. Rejecting non-essential tracking will not block access to the core website.

4

Embedded and third-party content

Some client or demo websites may include embedded third-party content such as maps. Where an embedded service can set its own cookies or collect device information, the page should give clear information near the embed or provide an alternative link.

5

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can stop login, security, forms, or requested display preferences from working correctly.

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to admin@nexasystems.co.uk.
